Your order arrival time will vary depending when your orders are placed. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on a weekly basis, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your shipment information.

Shipping times will vary depending where you are located, our warehouse is based in Ontario, so please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.

Having second thoughts about your product? You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item. Products must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible return. Sale items are final and not eligible for returns. For support with your return, please email our team at info@unitcannabis.ca with your order number, a photo of the item you would like to return, and an explanation for the return.

Our team will work hard to get your return processing as quickly as possible. We are a small team so please allow 5-10 business days for returns to be processed.

Once your return is processed and approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds can be expected 3-10 business days following your return. Banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction.

Please note that we cannot process refunds in store.
